Serve this moreish cocktail in a tumbler.
- 50ml Baileys
- 25ml Grand Marnier
- 1 orange for the garnish
- ice cubes
- Using a measure, add the Baileys and the Grand Marnier to a cocktail shaker, then secure the lid.
- Peel some of the orange skin into a delicate spiral for the garnish.
- Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for at least 30 seconds – the longer you do this for, the more froth on your cocktail.
- To serve, pour into a cocktail glass, add a few cubes of ice and top with the orange zest garnish.
