Baileys orange bliss

Serve this moreish cocktail in a tumbler.

  • 50ml Baileys
  • 25ml Grand Marnier

To serve

  • 1 orange for the garnish
  • ice cubes
  1. Using a measure, add the Baileys and the Grand Marnier to a cocktail shaker, then secure the lid.
  2. Peel some of the orange skin into a delicate spiral for the garnish.
  3. Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for at least 30 seconds – the longer you do this for, the more froth on your cocktail.
  4. To serve, pour into a cocktail glass, add a few cubes of ice and top with the orange zest garnish.
