Use any mix of nuts and dried fruit, or try marshmallows or crumbled biscuits.
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200g white chocolate
- 100g Brazil nuts
- 50g pistachios
- 75g dried apricots
- 75g cranberries
- Melt the dark and the white chocolate separately then spoon randomly on to a lined 30cm x 20cm tray.
- Next, using a wooden skewer, swirl through the dark and white chocolate to create a marble effect.
- Sprinkle over the Brazil nuts, pistachios and dried apricots, all roughly chopped and the cranberries. Leave to cool.
