Fruit and nut chocolate slab

Use any mix of nuts and dried fruit, or try marshmallows or crumbled biscuits.

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100g Brazil nuts
  • 50g pistachios
  • 75g dried apricots
  • 75g cranberries
  1. Melt the dark and the white chocolate separately then spoon randomly on to a lined 30cm x 20cm tray.
  2. Next, using a wooden skewer, swirl through the dark and white chocolate to create a marble effect.
  3. Sprinkle over the Brazil nuts, pistachios and dried apricots, all roughly chopped and the cranberries. Leave to cool.
