Tamzin’s griddled halloumi with honey and orange

Actress Tamzin always has some of this cheese in her fridge to rustle up this healthy dish

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 150g radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 140g can butter beans, drained
  • 1 x 70g bag wild rocket
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g halloumi, sliced into 8

For the dressing

  • 1 orange, juice and zest, finely grated
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Toss together the orange segments, radishes, butter beans and rocket. Pile on to a large serving plate.
  2. Heat the oil in a griddle pan and fry the halloumi for 2 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing. To serve, arrange the warm halloumi on the salad and drizzle the dressing over.
