- 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 30g Parmesan shavings
- Heat a grill pan until extremely hot. Toss the asparagus in the oil and season.
- Grill for 2 minutes each side and place on a platter. Drizzle over the aged balsamic vinegar and sprinkle on the Parmesan shavings.
