Mint and lime make for a refreshing combination – with a bit of a kick! 52p per serving

- 6 large limes, juice only
- 100ml white rum
- 100g caster sugar
- 15g fresh mint
- Place the lime juice in a jug with the white rum and sugar, stir well until the sugar has dissolved, then make up to 800ml with cold water.
- Pop some mint leaves in each of the moulds then pour the lime mixture over. Add a lolly stick and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
