Strawberry milk lollies

You can vary the fruit by using raspberries or blueberries – or both if preferred. 32p per serving

  • 500ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 300g strawberries, hulled and halved
  1. Place the milk, honey and the strawberries into a liquidiser or food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry milk mixture into each of the 8 lolly moulds and push a lolly stick into the centre of each.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
