- 500ml milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300g strawberries, hulled and halved
- Place the milk, honey and the strawberries into a liquidiser or food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry milk mixture into each of the 8 lolly moulds and push a lolly stick into the centre of each.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
