Gluten-free eating is on the up, as more and more of us look for alternatives to wheat. It’s Coeliac Awareness Week this month (11-17 May), so whether you need to avoid gluten altogether, or are just trying to eat less wheat, every single recipe in this issue is free from gluten. Check out our free and easy snacks to ensure you’ve always got a gluten-free nibble to hand.
